The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has restored access to its result printing portal following a temporary technical disruption that affected candidates attempting to print their original 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results.
Several candidates had reported difficulties over the weekend, despite making the required payments, with some unable to retrieve their result slips from the platform.
In a statement on Monday, JAMB confirmed that the service had been fully restored.
“There was a temporary update on the result printing platform over the weekend. The service has been restored, and candidates can now print their original 2025 UTME results without issues,” the board said.
Though the procedure for printing UTME result slips remains unchanged, candidates are reminded of the steps to complete the process:
1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility Portal at [https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility](https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility).
2. Log in using your registered email address and password.
3. Click on ‘Print Result Slip’ from the dashboard.
4. Make a payment of ₦1,000 through preferred channels such as Remita or bank transfer.
5. Download and print the result slip once the payment is confirmed.
JAMB urged candidates who encountered problems to revisit the portal and advised users to ensure their login details and payment information are accurate to avoid further issues.
