To be eligible, applicants must have selected OYSCATECH as their first-choice institution in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or must effect a change of institution to OYSCATECH. All prospective students are expected to have scored a minimum of 100 marks in the UTME to qualify for the screening exercise.
In addition to the UTME score requirement, candidates must also possess a minimum of five credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB examinations. These requirements are crucial for screening into the ND programmes offered by the College.
Interested candidates are to complete their registration online by visiting the College admission portal at www.oyscatech.edu.ng. A non-refundable fee of N2,000 is to be paid via REMITA for the Post-UTME screening registration. All payments must be made through the official college website to avoid falling victim to fraudsters.
OYSCATECH offers a diverse range of ND programmes, which include but are not limited to: Animal Health & Production Technology, Agricultural Technology, Fisheries Technology, Forestry Technology, Civil, Computer, and Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Food Technology, Business Administration, Accountancy, and Public Administration. The full list of programmes is available on the college’s website.
For candidates interested in part-time ND and HND programmes, registration is also open through the same portal. The ND part-time application fee is N6,000, while the HND part-time fee is N11,000. These programmes are tailored to meet the needs of working professionals and others seeking flexible learning opportunities.
Applicants are strongly warned against providing false information or credentials during the application process. The College has stated clearly that any falsification discovered at any stage will lead to the immediate withdrawal of admission and may attract legal prosecution.
The college has further advised all applicants and parents to beware of fraudsters, emphasizing that all payments and inquiries must be routed through official platforms. The College will not be held liable for transactions made through unauthorized persons or websites.
For further details or assistance, candidates can visit the OYSCATECH campus at Igboora or contact the admissions office via 08037704172. Additional updates and instructions will also be published on the College’s official website.
