The Nigerian Army College of Nursing (NACON), Yaba, Lagos, in affiliation with the prestigious University of Lagos (UNILAG), has officially commenced the sale of admission forms for its Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc.) degree programme for the 2025/2026 academic session. The institution has urged all applicants to complete their registration within this window and to ensure all necessary credentials are uploaded accurately to avoid disqualification.
Admission into NACON is open to military personnel, paramilitary officers, and civilians, making the programme inclusive and diverse in its scope. The Bachelor of Nursing Science is a five-year academic and clinical training programme, tailored to equip students with the technical and ethical foundations needed for a professional career in nursing, especially within the military medical corps.

NACON’s affiliation with UNILAG ensures that its students receive not only military-standard discipline and training but also academic excellence that meets the Nigerian University Commission (NUC) benchmark. This dual advantage enhances graduates’ employability both within Nigeria and internationally.
The college, over the years, has become a leading hub for nursing education in Nigeria, combining academic rigour with real-life clinical exposure. With highly qualified teaching staff, modern laboratories, and access to military and civil hospitals for clinical postings, NACON continues to attract some of the brightest nursing candidates in the country.
