The Nigeria Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, Delta State, has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session.
In an official statement released by the university, candidates who selected NMU as their first choice institution in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 160 are invited to apply.
How to Apply
Eligible applicants are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of N2,000 via the university’s online portal at https://eportal.nmu.edu.ng
Payment can be made using ATM cards or internet banking.
Application Steps:
1. Visit the NMU e-portal at https://eportal.nmu.edu.ng
2. Click on the “Admission Forms” link.
3. Select “Post-UTME” as the admission form type.
4. Click “Make Payment” and complete the N2,000 payment online.
5. After payment, return to the portal and click “Register” to complete the online registration.
6. Print out the Screening Exercise Slip for reference.
Eligibility Requirements
A minimum UTME score of 160.
At least five O’Level credits in relevant subjects.
Completion of the Bio-Data Form online.
Note: Candidates are not required to upload O’Level results, passport photographs, or undergo biometric capture. These details have already been provided through the JAMB platform.
Applicants who fail to complete the Post-UTME screening registration will not be considered for admission.

The online registration portal will remain open until Saturday, August 30, 2025.
