The Chairman of the Civil Society Action Coalition on Education for All (CSACEFA), Nicholas Afeso Oshoja, has led a delegation to present the Education Champion Awardto the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Bauchi State, Dr. Mohammed Lawal Rimin Zayam,in recognition of his steadfast commitment to strengthening education across the state.
The visit, which formed part of CSACEFA’s 25th anniversary activities,provided an opportunity for the delegation to engage the Commissioner on key education priorities, including the implementation of the Safe School Policy and the Gender Policy in Education.
During the engagement, Dr. Rimin Zayam reaffirmed the State Government’s dedication to ensuring safer, more inclusive, and equitable learning environments for all children in Bauchi State. He further assured the coalition of continued collaboration to advance education reforms and policies that promote access and quality.
Speaking after the presentation, CSACEFA Chairman Nicholas Afeso Oshoja described the meeting as fruitful and inspiring, commending the Commissioner’s leadership and openness to partnership.
