The Registrar of Federal University of Kashere, Alhaji Abdullahi, has issued a formal notification reference FUK/R/GEN/59 to inform all students of the approval of the 2025 Yuletide break by the Vice-Chancellor. This internal circular dated 18th December 2025, outlines the break schedule for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the notice, the Yuletide break will commence on Friday, 19th December 2025, and end on Sunday, 4th January 2026, thereby suspending academic activities for this period.
Consequently, academic activities are set to resume on Monday, 5th January 2026, as specified in the circular signed by the Registrar.
On behalf of the Council, Senate, Management, and Staff of Federal University of Kashere, the Vice-Chancellor extends warm wishes to all students for a happy 2025 Yuletide Break.
Christian students are specifically wished a Merry Christmas, while all students are wished a prosperous New Year.
Copies of this internal circular have been distributed to various university units, including University Lodges, Deans of Faculties, Planning Unit, Heads of Divisions & Units, Information & Protocol Unit, and notice boards for general information.
The notice serves as official communication to ensure all students are aware of the Yuletide break schedule and resumption date for academic activities.
