Organisers of the Eko Schools Art and Craft Competition 2.0 have announced the closure of registration for participating schools, with interested institutions urged to complete their submissions before the deadline.
According to information gathered by The Nigeria Education News, registered schools are expected to scan and submit their artworks for assessment as part of the competition process.
The competition, themed “This is Lagos,” is designed to promote creativity, cultural expression, and artistic talent among students across schools in Lagos State.
Organisers disclosed that submitted artworks would be reviewed by a panel of judges, after which the best nine schools would be selected and awarded based on the quality, originality, and relevance of their creative entries.
The initiative is powered with support from the Lagos State Government and seeks to encourage artistic innovation and student participation in creative education.
The registration portal is scheduled to close on Monday, May 26, 2026.
