The Lagos State University (LASU) has commenced the production of certificates for students graduating in the 2025/2026 academic session ahead of the university’s forthcoming 29th and 30th Convocation Ceremonies.
The university said the move is intended to ensure that certificates are ready for collection by graduates immediately after the convocation ceremonies.
In a notice issued to graduating students, LASU said those whose results were approved by the Senate on August 4 and August 6, 2026, are required to complete their online biodata forms to facilitate the production of their certificates.
The university directed eligible students to complete the process through its website by selecting the Students tab and clicking on Certificate Processing.
Graduating students are required to provide accurate information on the biodata form and upload a recent passport photograph with a white background. LASU stated that photographs showing candidates wearing eyeglasses or caps would not be accepted.
After completing the online form, students are required to print a copy, attach a passport photograph with a white background and submit the completed form, alongside a copy of their online academic profile, to their respective faculty offices.
The faculties will subsequently collate the documents and forward them to the Examination and Records Division for further processing.
LASU urged all concerned graduating students to complete the process promptly to facilitate the timely production and collection of their certificates after the convocation ceremonies.
The university also advised students to use its official website for the certificate processing procedure and other related information.
