Miss Joy Oyinkosola Banjoko, a 300-level Accounting student at Redeemer’s University, has shattered records by becoming the youngest Chartered Accountant in the institution’s history!
This remarkable feat was accomplished when Joy excelled in the November 2024 ICAN Examination, demonstrating her exceptional academic prowess and dedication to her craft. As a member of the ATSWA/ICAN preparatory class, Joy’s hard work and perseverance have paid off in grand style.
“We are thrilled to celebrate Joy’s outstanding achievement,” said a spokesperson for Redeemer’s University. “Her commitment to academic excellence is an inspiration to her peers and a testament to the university’s rigorous academic programs.”
Joy’s accomplishment is all the more impressive considering her age and academic level. As a 300-level student, she has demonstrated a level of maturity and expertise that is rare among her peers.
“Joy’s achievement is a reflection of her exceptional talent, dedication, and passion for accounting,” said her lecturer. “We are proud to have her as a student and look forward to seeing the impact she will make in the accounting profession.”
As Joy basks in the glory of her achievement, she remains humble and focused on her future goals. “I am grateful for the support of my lecturers, family, and friends,” she said. “This achievement would not have been possible without their encouragement and guidance.”
Redeemer’s University community is celebrating Joy’s achievement, and her story is serving as a motivation to other students to strive for excellence.
