The Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies (CAILS) has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening collaboration with the Ilorin West Local Government Authority.
A high-powered delegation from CAILS, led by the Chairman of its Governing Council, Dr. Abdul Kadir Ayodele Sambo, and the Provost, Dr. Saad Hadi, paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman of Ilorin West Local Government Area, Hon. Shehu Abdulrahman Babatunde Ladan, at the council headquarters in Wara.
The meeting focused on enhancing mutually beneficial partnerships between the two institutions.
Hon. Ladan commended the College’s recent academic and infrastructural advancements, describing them as sustainable achievements that would not only strengthen its academic programmes but also position CAILS as a leader in quality education delivery in line with national reforms. He pledged the local government’s continued support to the institution.
Dr. Sambo and Dr. Hadi, in turn, praised Hon. Ladan’s visionary leadership and notable contributions to the development of Ilorin West, particularly in education, security, infrastructure, agriculture, and healthcare.
They encouraged the council to sustain policies and programmes that improve the lives of residents while expressing appreciation for the chairman’s goodwill and support.
