The management of Redeemer’s University, Ede, Osun State, has officially announced that academic activities for the 2025/2026 academic session will commence on Monday, 3rd November 2025. The University extended a warm welcome to all newly admitted students, expressing excitement and readiness to begin another academic year focused on excellence, discipline, and holistic education.
According to a statement issued by the Registrar, the resumption schedule has been structured to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated process across all faculties. The University emphasized its commitment to providing a conducive learning environment and efficient onboarding experience for all fresh students.
The statement outlined the faculty-specific resumption dates, noting that students from the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Natural Sciences, and Faculty of Social Sciences are expected to resume on Monday, 3rd November 2025. Meanwhile, those from the Faculty of Built Environment, Faculty of Computing and Digital Technologies, Faculty of Humanities, and Faculty of Management Sciences are to resume the following day, Tuesday, 4th November 2025.
To facilitate a seamless commencement of academic activities, the University urged all new students to complete tuition fee payments before the official resumption dates. It also announced that physical verification of documents will take place upon arrival on campus. This exercise, according to the Registrar, is part of standard procedures to confirm students’ eligibility and documentation.
In line with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) requirements, the University reminded all fresh students to complete essential processes on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) before resumption. The statement stressed that these steps are mandatory for proper admission validation and student record activation.
Students are therefore required to ensure that Redeemer’s University is selected as their First Choice Institution on the JAMB portal, upload their O’level, A’level, or ND results on JAMB CAPS, and accept their admission offer on the same platform. Additionally, they must print both their JAMB Result Slip and JAMB Admission Letter directly from the JAMB portal.
Both printed documents are to be presented to the University on Monday, 3rd November 2025, during the verification exercise. The management advised students to strictly adhere to this directive to avoid any delays or complications during registration.
Furthermore, new students are required to complete and sign the Sworn Affidavit available on the University’s official website, as well as submit a completed and signed Medical Report Form also downloadable from the site. These documents form part of the mandatory registration requirements for all fresh students.
The University congratulated all new intakes for successfully securing admission and encouraged them to approach their studies with dedication, integrity, and a passion for excellence. It reiterated its mission of raising global leaders equipped with intellectual, moral, and spiritual values necessary to make a lasting impact on society.
In conclusion, the notice urged students and parents to direct all inquiries or clarifications to the official email address adms@run.edu.ng and not through any unofficial channels. The University expressed optimism for a productive session, assuring all stakeholders of its continued commitment to academic distinction and student welfare.
