Gombe State University (GSU) has announced plans to conduct a public auction of the remains of two defunct properties situated within its main campus in Tudunwada.
The university, in a notice issued on December 4, 2024, invited interested staff and members of the general public to participate in the open bidding process for the materials recovered from the demolished structures.
The properties scheduled for auction are:
The remains of one four-bedroom residential quarters building.
The remains of the old Student Affairs Division building.
The auction is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 6th, at 11:00 a.m., directly in front of the two buildings within the Gombe State University main campus.
The university stipulated that successful bidders will be required to make immediate payment at the venue, either through a bank transfer or the issuance of a cheque. All participating bidders are expected to comply strictly with all auction guidelines as provided on-site.
For further enquiries regarding the auction, interested parties are advised to contact the Security Office of Gombe State University.
