The presidential race saw Olawoye Emmanuel, known as “Emmy,” secure 2,124 votes, while his opponent Adeboye Temidayo, popularly referred to as “Deboye,” garnered 2,943 votes. Deboye was subsequently declared the winner of the presidential election, as confirmed by the UCJUI Situation Room update at 3:02 pm.
In the vice‑presidential contest, Ojo Adebimpe secured 2,321 votes, whereas Salawu Glory obtained 2,893 votes. Salawu Glory was thus elected as the vice‑president of the UISU for the 2025/2026 tenure.
Further details from the Situation Room indicated that candidate Fidelia received 3,038 votes, while Habeen secured 2,102 votes in a separate category of the election.
Tifase garnered 4,834 votes in his respective race, with 530 void ballots recorded. Bade obtained 4,567 votes, accompanied by 797 void ballots.
Additional results showed Salawu (2,893 votes) defeating Bimpe (2,321 votes) in the vice‑presidential slot, and Emmy (2,124 votes) losing to Deboye (2,943 votes) in the presidential contest.
