The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has launched its official website, nanshq.org, in a move aimed at improving communication, transparency and service delivery to students across Nigeria.
Announcing the launch on Wednesday, NANS National President, Comrade Akinteye Babatunde Afeez, described the platform as a landmark achievement in the association’s digital transformation agenda.
According to him, the website will serve as NANS’ official online headquarters, providing students with access to verified information, welfare initiatives, official statements, programmes and other key services.
Akinteye said the platform is designed to strengthen engagement between the association’s national leadership and students in tertiary institutions across the country while ensuring easier access to authentic information.
He noted that the initiative reflects NANS’ commitment to transparency, accountability, innovation and improved service delivery.
The NANS president urged students, education stakeholders and members of the public to visit the website and stay updated on the activities and interventions of the association.
He added that the launch marks the beginning of broader efforts to build a more responsive and digitally driven student movement focused on protecting the rights, welfare and aspirations of Nigerian students.
