The Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology has directed all undergraduate students to complete mandatory registration procedures ahead of the processing of first semester results for the 2025/2026 academic session.
In an internal memo dated April 4, 2026, and signed by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Research), Prof. Adetuyi F.O., the university emphasized that only students who have fully complied with registration requirements will be eligible to have their results processed.
According to the directive, students must ensure full payment of school fees, complete their first semester course registration, and verify their registration status on the university portal.

The management warned that failure to meet these conditions would attract serious academic consequences, including non-processing of results and possible delays in academic progression.
The university also announced April 14, 2026, as the final deadline for compliance, stating that the registration portal will automatically close at exactly 12:00 midnight. The directive applies strictly to all undergraduate students, with no extension granted.
“Students are strongly advised to complete all necessary processes before the deadline to avoid complications,” the memo stated.
University authorities noted that the measures are aimed at ensuring proper academic documentation and facilitating seamless processing of examination results across all faculties.
The memo, which was addressed to Deans and copied to principal officers including the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Bursar, and University Librarian, directed that the notice be widely circulated to ensure all students are adequately informed.
The institution reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining academic standards and administrative efficiency, urging students to take immediate action and comply with all outlined requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
